Lavasa Women’s Drive joined hands with Women’s Cancer Initiative – Tata Memorial Hospital to organise a free cancer screening camp. With an aim to create awareness, this event was organised for the economically under-privileged women of Lavasa. The screening camp was held on 17th and 18th December 2010 at Bhoinicamp site and Apollo Lavasa. Cancer screening camp educated 350 women, while cancer screening was conducted for 48women. The women from the offices at Lavasa also attended this informative event.
