Master Plan

A vision becomes reality

Lavasa - Master Plan
Based on the principles of New Urbanism, the Master Plan of Lavasa has been developed by internationally renowned design consultant HOK, USA

Dasve Master PlanLavasa's design is based on the transect model, wherein the development of the Hill City begins from a densely populated town center and gets sparser as it goes uphill. The manmade environment blends itself into the natural environs without disturbing the innate nature of the place. The natural vegetation, existing topography and permissible building heights have all been taken into consideration while developing the Hill City.

The development of Lavasa is planned across four town centers. Each town center of Lavasa has been planned not only to capture its own special charm but also to blend holistic fusion of country and cosmopolitan life experiences. The plan ensures provisions for the upwardly mobile segment of society, as well as the ever-evolving needs and demands of the entire socio-economic strata. Dasve, the first of the four town centers, will offer a choice of elegant housing, from Portofino - inspired lakeside apartments to a multiple array of villas in Goan- Mediterranean design. Dasve would also include Country Club, day school, hospital, hotels, hostels, water and adventure sports, resorts and spas. Apart from this, Dasve will be a center for excellence in education and research.
